Dr. Nicholas E. Mihelic - MD, PA
Dr. Mihelic is Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with over 40 years of experience in bone and joint surgery and orthopedic conditions. Dr. Mihelic received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1969, and completed his medical training at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 1973. His medical internship and residency were completed in 1974 and 1978 at the University of Connecticut and the Milton S. Hershey Medical center, respectively.
Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dr. Mihelic has made Hilton Head Island his home for over 25 years and is a visible member of the local community, as an active member of Hilton Head Island Rotary Club and past Board Member of the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and the St. Andrew-by-the-Sea United Methodist Church. He and his wife have two married daughters and two beautiful grandchildren.
Peggy - Front Desk/Surgery Scheduling
Peggy has worked for Dr. Mihelic for over 18 years and is happy to schedule your appointment with the doctor as well as any surgery scheduling.
Pam - Office Nurse
Pam has worked with the doctor for over 13 years. She strives to make your clinical experiences as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She is happy to answer questions if you call in, and get the doctor's input if necessary.
